Passion

My passion is nature & Walking in the Dales & Lakes. We are all wired to be outside. But the artificial world stops people from renewing through nature. Tough Well-Being linked to natures principles, are vital leader elements.

The great outdoors is an environment where physical space tugs at the heart, fitness & challenges the mind. This translates into clean thinking & mindfulness. The business & my values are: Nerve, Altruism, Tolerance, Understanding, Resilience and Encouragement. (NATURE)
